At Learning Matters Foundation, we provide
opportunities for professional growth for educators,
clinicians and parents through workshops and
conferences. Over the years, we have reached thousands
of educators in the Delhi and NCR region. Learning
Matters also conducts conferences and workshops
facilitated by leading international educators in the ﬁeld
of learning differences.
We have and continue to customise workshops to meet speciﬁc needs of

Learning Matters Foundation hosted professional development workshops for primary school teachers and parents in Delhi throughout the month of March. The enriching and engaging workshops were facilitated by Susan Griss, a visiting Fulbright scholar and faculty member at Bank Street College of Education, New York.
Susan shared brilliant ideas on how children can effectively learn comprehension,vocabulary, maths, science and social studies concepts through movement. Her book Minds in Motion: A Kinesthetic Approach to Teaching Elementary Curriculum is widely used for teacher training.

Learning Matters educators, Sonya Philip and Samara Gupta, participated in an awe inspiring week long international summer institute at the Reggio Emilia Loris Malaguzzi Centre in Italy. They were left speechless by the high quality of education made possible due to the committed collaboration of the municipality, citizens, pedagogists, philosophers, teachers, artists, architects etc. to create a holistic approach towards children’s learning and well-being.
They were enriched by their approach that has at its core the rights of all children along with an in depth expertise in the
pedagogy of learning.
